2012-29204 Testing and Labeling Pertaining to Product Certification Regarding Representative Samples for Periodic Testing of Children's Products Rule The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC, Commission, or we) is issuing a final rule to amend its regulations on testing and labeling pertaining to product certification. Pursuant to section 14(i)(2)(B)(ii) of the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA), the final rule requires the testing of representative samples to ensure continued compliance of children's products with all applicable children's product safety rules.
