2012-28375 Previous Participation Certification Notice The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. This information is necessary to ensure that responsible individuals and organizations participate in HUD's multifamily housing programs. The information will be used to evaluate participants' previous participation in government programs and ensure that the past record is acceptable prior to granting approval to participate in HUD's multifamily housing programs. The collection of this information is designed to be 100 percent automated and digital submission of all data and certifications is available via HUD's secure Internet systems.
