2012-25142 World Trade Center Health Program; Addition of Certain Types of Cancer to the List of WTC-Related Health Conditions Rule On September 12, 2012, HHS published a final rule in the Federal Register adding certain types of cancer to the List of WTC- Related Health Conditions. The final rule has an effective date of October 12, 2012. Several ICD coding errors were made in Table 1, which identifies each added cancer type by name and ICD-9 and -10 codes. This correction includes the corrected Table 1, in full.
