The emissions inventory is part of Maryland's June 6, 2008 SIP revision that was submitted to meet nonattainment requirements related to the Washington County nonattainment area (hereafter referred to as Washington County Area or Area) for Maryland's 1997 PM<INF>2.5</INF> National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) SIP.
