2012-23615 Andrew Pickens Ranger District; South Carolina; AP Loblolly Pine Removal and Restoration Project Notice On March 8, 2010, the Forest Service published a NOT to prepare and EIS to disclose the effects of removing off-site loblolly pine plantations and restoring native vegetation on portions of the Andrew Pickens Ranger District (the District). This NOI is being corrected to reflect a delay of more than a year in filing the draft EIS.
