2012-2197 Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; District of Columbia; Regional Haze State Implementation Plan Rule EPA is approving the District of Columbia Regional Haze Plan, a revision to the District of Columbia State Implementation Plan (SIP) addressing Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements and EPA's rules for states to prevent and remedy future and existing anthropogenic impairment of visibility in mandatory Class I areas through a regional haze program.
