Channel 249C3 can be allotted at Roaring Springs, Texas, in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 9.4 km (5.8 miles) northeast of Roaring Springs, at 33-57-55 North Latitude and 100-47-36 West Longitude.
