2012-21417 Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Information Collection; Comment Request Notice The FDIC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment on this proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. Currently, the FDIC is soliciting comment concerning a proposed new regulatory reporting requirement for state nonmember banks and state savings associations titled, "Annual Stress Test Reporting Template and Documentation for Covered Banks with Total Consolidated Assets of $50 Billion or More under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act."
