2012-20777 Revision to the South Coast Portion of the California State Implementation Plan, CPV Sentinel Energy Project AB 1318 Tracking System Proposed Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is supplementing our prior proposal to approve a source-specific State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision and requesting public comment on additional information we are adding to our docket to revise the South Coast Air Quality Management District (District or SCAQMD) portion of the California SIP. This source-specific SIP revision is known as the CPV Sentinel Energy Project AB 1318 Tracking System ("AB 1318 Tracking System").
