2012-20065 Railroad Workplace Safety; Roadway Worker Protection Miscellaneous Revisions (RRR) Proposed Rule FRA is proposing to amend its regulations on railroad workplace safety to resolve interpretative issues that have arisen since the 1996 promulgation of the original Roadway Worker Protection (RWP) regulation.
