2012-19770 Fuel Oil Systems for Emergency Power Supplies Notice On July 5, 2012 (77 FR 39745), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the Commission) issued Draft Regulatory Guide, DG- 1282, "Fuel Oil Systems for Emergency Power Supplies," in the Federal Register for a 60 day public comment period. The NRC is extending the public comment period for DG-1282 from August 31, 2012 to September 28, 2012.
