2012-18498 Proposed Agency Information Collection Activities; Comment Request Notice In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35), the OCC, the Board, and the FDIC (collectively, the agencies) may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), of which the agencies are members, has approved the agencies' publication for public comment of a proposal to extend, with revision, the Foreign Branch Report of Condition (FFIEC 030 and FFIEC 030S), which is a currently approved information collection for each agency. The proposed panel changes would be effective for the FFIEC 030 and FFIEC 030S reports as of the December 31, 2012, report date. At the end of the comment period, the comments and recommendations received will be analyzed to determine the extent to which the FFIEC and the agencies should modify the proposed revisions prior to giving final approval. The agencies will then submit the proposed revisions to OMB for review and approval. 2012-07-30 2012 7 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2012/07/30/2012-18498/proposed-agency-information-collection-activities-comment-request https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2012-07-30/pdf/2012-18498.pdf Treasury Department; Comptroller of the Currency; Federal Reserve System; Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation 497,80,188,164 In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35), the OCC, the Board, and the FDIC (collectively, the agencies) may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an...
