2012-17013 Amendment Relating to Reasonable Contract or Arrangement Under Section 408(b)(2)-Fee Disclosure/Web Page Rule This document revises the mailing address and web-based submission procedures for filing certain notices under the Department of Labor (Department) Employee Benefits Security Administration's fiduciary-level fee disclosure regulation under section 408(b)(2) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
