2012-16552 License Amendment To Increase the Maximum Reactor Power Level, Florida Power & Light Company, St. Lucie, Units 1 and 2 Notice The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the Commission) is considering issuance of an amendment for Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-67 and NPF-16, issued to Florida Power & Light Company (FPL or the licensee) for operation of the St. Lucie Plant, Units 1 and 2 (St. Lucie), located in St. Lucie County, Florida. The proposed license amendment would increase the maximum thermal power level from 2,700 megawatts thermal (MWt) to 3,020 MWt for each unit. The proposed power increase is 11.85 percent over the current licensed thermal power.
