2012-15168 Airworthiness Directives; BAE SYSTEMS (OPERATIONS) LIMITED Airplanes Proposed Rule We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain BAE SYSTEMS (OPERATIONS) LIMITED Model BAe 146 series airplanes and Model Avro 146-RJ series airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by hydraulic pipe ruptures in the center of the cabin resulting in passengers being contaminated with hydraulic fluid. This proposed AD would require installing a hydraulic fluid containment system.
