2012-11673 Spiny Lobster Fishery of the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic; Amendment 11 Proposed Rule NMFS proposes regulations to implement Amendment 11 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Spiny Lobster Fishery of the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic (FMP), as prepared and submitted by the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic Fishery Management Councils (Councils). If implemented, this rule would limit spiny lobster fishing in certain areas in the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) off the Florida Keys to protect threatened species of corals. The intent of this proposed rule is to protect threatened coral colonies and address the requirements of a 2009 Endangered Species Act (ESA) biological opinion on the spiny lobster fishery. 2012-05-15 2012 5 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2012/05/15/2012-11673/spiny-lobster-fishery-of-the-gulf-of-mexico-and-south-atlantic-amendment-11 https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2012-05-15/pdf/2012-11673.pdf Commerce Department; National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration 54,361 NMFS proposes regulations to implement Amendment 11 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Spiny Lobster Fishery of the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic (FMP), as prepared and submitted by the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic Fishery Management... 0648-BB44
