2012-1135 Annual Stress Test Proposed Rule The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the "Corporation" or "FDIC") requests comment on this proposed rule that implements the requirements in Section 165(i) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the "Dodd-Frank Act") regarding stress tests ("proposed rule").
