2011-83 Property Traded on an Established Market Proposed Rule This document contains proposed regulations relating to determining when property is traded on an established market (that is, publicly traded) for purposes of determining the issue price of a debt instrument. The regulations amend the current regulations to clarify the circumstances that cause property to be publicly traded.
