2011-6557 Lifeline and Link Up Reform and Modernization; Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service; Lifeline and Link-Up Proposed Rule In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) puts forward a set of proposals to reform and modernize Lifeline/Link Up, including recommendations of the Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service, Government Accountability Office, and the National Broadband Plan.
