2011-5696 Benefits Payable in Terminated Single-Employer Plans; Limitations on Guaranteed Benefits Proposed Rule This is a proposed rule to amend PBGC's regulation on Benefits Payable in Terminated Single-Employer Plans. That regulation sets forth rules on PBGC's guarantee of pension plan benefits, including rules on the phase-in of the guarantee.
