2011-5624 Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request-WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counseling Study Notice In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on the proposed collection of data for the second phase of the WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counseling Study. The first phase of this study examined the implementation of the Loving Support peer counseling program in State and local WIC agencies across the country; the final report on this first phase of the study may be downloaded from http:// www.fns.usda.gov/ora/ (see "WIC studies").
