2011-29341 List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks: MAGNASTOR ® System, Revision 2 Rule The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the Commission) is amending its spent fuel storage regulations by revising the NAC International, Inc. (NAC) MAGNASTOR [supreg] System listing within the "List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks" to include Amendment No. 2 to Certificate of Compliance (CoC) Number 1031.
