2011-29084 Pipeline Safety: Information Collection Activities Notice On December 13, 2010, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) published a notice in the Federal Register of its intent to create a national registry of pipeline and liquefied natural gas (LNG) operators. PHMSA received one comment in response to that notice.
