2011-28247 Revisions to the California State Implementation Plan, Placer County Air Pollution Control District Proposed Rule EPA is proposing to approve revisions to the Placer County Air Pollution Control District (PCAPCD) and Sacramento Metro Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD) portions of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>) emissions from industrial, institutional and commercial boilers, stationary internal combustion engines and water heaters.
