2011-27149 Privacy Act of 1974; Report of a New Routine Use for Selected CMS System of Records Notice In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, CMS is adding a new routine use to disclose information to Qualified Entities (QEs) for selected Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) systems of records.
