2011-26419 Event Reporting Guidelines Proposed Rule The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the Commission) is requesting comments on Draft NUREG-1022, Revision 3, "Event Reporting Guidelines: 10 CFR 50.72 and 50.73". The NUREG-1022 contains guidelines that the NRC staff considers acceptable for use in meeting the event reporting requirements for operating nuclear power reactors.
