2011-19300 Re-Proposal of Shelf Eligibility Conditions for Asset-Backed Securities Proposed Rule We are revising and re-proposing certain rules that were initially proposed in April 2010 related to asset-backed securities in light of the provisions added by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and comments received on our April 2010 proposals.
