| 2011-19283 | Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request (3064-0120) | Notice | In accordance with requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 ("PRA"), 44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq., the FDIC may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. The FDIC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the renewal of existing information collections, as required by the PRA. On May 3, 2011 (76 FR 24880), the FDIC solicited public comment for a 60-day period on renewal of the following information collection: Flood Insurance (3064-0120). No comments were received. However, questions did arise, in response to other agency notices, regarding the amount of burden taken for flood insurance collections. In response to those concerns, the FDIC has substantially increased its estimate of paperwork burden. The FDIC hereby gives notice of submission of its request for renewal to OMB for review. | 2011-07-29 | 2011 | 7 | https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2011/07/29/2011-19283/agency-information-collection-activities-submission-for-omb-review-comment-request-3064-0120 | https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2011-07-29/pdf/2011-19283.pdf | Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation | 164 | In accordance with requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 ("PRA"), 44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq., the FDIC may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently... |
