2011-16479 Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Model MD-11 and MD-11F Airplanes Proposed Rule We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for the products listed above. This proposed AD would require replacing the rub strips of the tail fuel tank access door with new rub strips. This proposed AD was prompted by a report that the rub strips of the tail fuel tank access door were manufactured improperly.
