2011-16165 Addition of Certain Persons on the Entity List: Addition of Persons Acting Contrary to the National Security or Foreign Policy Interests of the United States Rule This rule amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by adding eight persons to the Entity List (Supplement No. 4 to part 744) on the basis of section 744.11 of the EAR. The persons who are added to the Entity List have been determined by the U.S. Government to be acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States. These eight persons will be listed under the following three destinations on the Entity List: France, Iran and the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.).
