2011-12263 Amendment of the Schedule of Application Fees Set Rule In this document, the Commission amends its rules to revise its Schedule of Application Fees per Section 8(b)(1) of the Communications Act of 1934. The Commission is required to revise its application fee rates every two years based on changes in the Consumer Price Index. For FY 2011, calculated from October 2007 and October 2009, the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers ("CPI-U") increased 3.5 percent.
