2011-10917 Commercial Acquisition; Anchor Tenancy Proposed Rule NASA proposes to revise the NASA FAR Supplement (NFS) to include guidance consistent with NASA's authority under Section 401 of the Commercial Space Competitiveness Act (CSCA) of 1992.
