2011-10352 Commission's Ex Parte Rules and Other Procedural Rules Proposed Rule In this document the Commission seeks comment on amending the rules to require that notices of ex parte discussions disclose real parties-in-interest. The change was proposed because the existing rules do not enable interested parties to know whose interests are being represented when a contact is made. By requiring the disclosure of this information the proposed amendment would increase transparency and openness in Commission proceedings.
