The proposed regulations would establish standards for compliance with DCO Core Principles J (Reporting), K (Recordkeeping), L (Public Information), and M (Information Sharing). Additionally, the Commission is proposing technical amendments to parts 1 and 21 in connection with the proposed regulations.
