2010-29735 Miscellaneous Administrative Changes Rule The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the Commission) is amending its regulations to make miscellaneous administrative changes, including an update of the list of Agreement and Non-Agreement States, the merging of the Region II materials program with that of Region I, the correction of office titles associated with the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards and the Office of Federal and State Materials and Environmental Management Programs, the inclusion of references to new Executive Order (E.O.) 13526, and other edits, corrections, and conforming changes.
