2010-28291 Notice of Submission of Proposed Information Collection to OMB; Restrictions on Assistance to Noncitizens Notice The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. Section 214 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1980, as amended, probibits HUD from making financial assistance available for noncitizens, unless they meet one of the categories of eligible immigration status specified in Section 214.
