2010-17658 Adoption of Supplemental Standards of Ethical Conduct for Members and Employees of the Securities and Exchange Commission and Revisions to the Commission's Ethics Rules Rule The Securities and Exchange Commission with the concurrence of the Office of Government Ethics is adopting supplemental standards of ethical conduct for the Commission's members and employees. The new supplemental standards give guidance to Commission members and employees on permitted, prohibited, and restricted financial interests and transactions and on engaging in outside employment and activities.
