2010-14407 Vocational Rehabilitation Service Projects for American Indians With Disabilities Rule The Secretary is adopting as final, without changes, interim final regulations for the American Indian Vocational Rehabilitation Services (AIVRS) program to permit a consortium of Indian tribes to establish a separate legal entity to apply for a grant under this program.
