| 07-5632 | Service Rules for Advanced Wireless Services in the 2155-2175 MHz Band | Proposed Rule | In this document, we seek comment on service rules for licensed fixed and mobile services, including Advanced Wireless Services (AWS), in the 2155-2175 MHz band (AWS-3). We seek comment on rules for licensing this newly designated spectrum in a manner that will permit it to be fully and promptly utilized to bring advanced wireless services to American consumers. Our objective is to allow for the most effective and efficient use of the spectrum in this band, while also encouraging development of robust wireless broadband services.
