Additionally, EPA is approving a section of Chapter 115 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) on Control of Air Pollution from Volatile Organic Compounds that cross-references the Emission Credit Banking and Trading Program and the Discrete Emission Credit Banking and Trading Program.
