06-6582 Assessment and Collection of Regulatory Fees for Fiscal Year 2006 Rule In this document, we conclude a proceeding to collect $288,771,000 in regulatory fees for Fiscal Year (FY) 2006, pursuant to section 9 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the Act), and an additional $10,000,000 as required by section 3013 of the Deficit Reduction Act (Pub. L. 109-171).
