06-2926 Amendment of the Commission's Part 90 Rules in the 904-909.75 and 919.75-928 MHz Bands Proposed Rule In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) undertakes a reexamination of the Commission's regulations governing the licensing and use of frequencies in the 904-909.75 and 919.75-928 MHz portions of the 902-928 MHz band that are used for the provision of multilateration Location and Monitoring Service (M-LMS band). The Commission believes it is in the public interest to evaluate whether it is possible to revise the rules in a way that would promote more efficient and effective use of this spectrum. 2006-03-29 2006 3 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2006/03/29/06-2926/amendment-of-the-commissions-part-90-rules-in-the-904-90975-and-91975-928-mhz-bands https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2006-03-29/pdf/06-2926.pdf Federal Communications Commission 161 In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) undertakes a reexamination of the Commission's regulations governing the licensing and use of frequencies in the 904-909.75 and 919.75-928 MHz portions of the 902-928 MHz band that...
