05-21468 Procedures for Conducting Five-Year (“Sunset”) Reviews of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders Rule The Department of Commerce ("the Department") is amending its regulations related to sunset reviews to conform the existing regulation to the United States' obligations under Articles 6.1, 6.2, and 11.3 of the Agreement on the Implementation of Article VI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 ("Antidumping Agreement").
