00-10521 Approval and Promulgation of Implementation Plans; Reasonably Available Control Technology for Oxides of Nitrogen for the State of New York Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving New York's revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for ozone. The State submitted this portion of the implementation plan to satisfy Clean Air Act (the Act) requirements for adoption of rules for the application of reasonably available control technology (RACT) for oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>) in the entire State.
