The study will draw on administrative records from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) to quantitatively analyze postsecondary enrollment, persistence, and completions patterns of Texas public high school graduates before, during and after the pandemic. The project is responsive to the Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE) by driving improvements in postsecondary access, success, and quality for Texas students as the state emerges from COVID-19 . | 400000 |
