Mr. Speaker, on May 9, 2026, we will\ncelebrate the 81st birthday of Patricia Lou Keating of Chicago,\nIllinois.\n  Ms. Keating was born on May 9, 1945, in Chicago to Marie and Louis\nKalowski, as the younger sister to Carol Gregory.\n  Patricia has lived the American dream working to serve the community\nuntil her retirement earlier this year.
