Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize Beth El Temple in\nHarrisburg on the auspicious occasion of its 100th Anniversary.\n  For the last century, Beth El Temple has been a thriving synagogue\nand a vital part of our local community. Located on the banks of the\nSusquehanna River, Beth El Temple has provided a home for Jewish\nfamilies across Central Pennsylvania. From the first services, which\nwelcomed the rising sun at the ark and watched it set at the doors to\nthe Sanctuary by the river, the Temple has been a place where all are\nvalued, and which the staff has continued to create a sense of\ncommunity and belonging for anyone who visits.\n  Over the years, Beth El has significantly expanded its community\noutreach to a robust educational program, to include the Gersher\nReligious School, the Brenner Family Early Learning Center, and the PJ\nLibrary Program. Beth El also has a strong service and social action\nprogram, assisting and supporting service initiatives throughout the\nlocal community, and hosting food and essential service drives for the\nunderprivileged.\n  On May 15 to 16, 2026, Beth El Temple will celebrate its 100th\nAnniversary at the Centennial Gala. Guest rabbis, community members,\nand others whose lives have been positively impacted by Beth El's\npresence and impact will join.\n  Mr. Speaker, I am honored to recognize Beth El Temple and commend its\n100th Anniversary and vibrant work. Beth El's impact on the local\ncommunity, service initiatives, and welcoming environment continue to\nbring a light to our region and residents.\n\n                          ____________________"]], "columns": ["granule_id", "date", "congress", "session", "volume", "issue", "title", "chamber", "granule_class", "sub_granule_class", "page_start", "page_end", "speakers", "bills", "citation", "full_text"], "primary_keys": ["granule_id"], "primary_key_values": ["CREC-2026-05-07-pt1-PgE419-3"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.579872983507812, "source": "Federal Register API & Regulations.gov API", "source_url": "https://www.federalregister.gov/developers/api/v1", "license": "Public Domain (U.S. Government data)", "license_url": "https://www.regulations.gov/faq"}
