Mr. Speaker, I rise today to congratulate Bowling Green,\nKentucky's Rockfield Elementary School on being named a Leader in Me\nLegacy School. This distinction reflects years of commitment to\nbuilding a culture where every student is empowered to lead, grow, and\nsucceed.\n  The Leader in Me program, launched in 2008 by Franklin Covey and\nbased on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, teaches students\nleadership and life skills through a schoolwide model. Schools that\ndemonstrate sustained excellence can earn Lighthouse status, with the\nhighest recognition, Legacy School, being awarded to those that embody\nand maintain a strong leadership culture over time.\n  Rockfield Elementary has demonstrated years of commitment to\nleadership development through empowering students to take ownership of\ntheir learning, fostering a positive school culture, and consistently\nbuilding leadership habits in both the classroom and community.\n  This award rightfully highlights the school's efforts to support its\nstudents in developing the skills that will set them up for success in\ntheir futures.\n  Rockfield Elementary joins a growing list of Warren County Public\nSchools to be named a Leader in Me Legacy School. I congratulate them\nagain, and go Raiders.\n\n                          ____________________"]], "columns": ["granule_id", "date", "congress", "session", "volume", "issue", "title", "chamber", "granule_class", "sub_granule_class", "page_start", "page_end", "speakers", "bills", "citation", "full_text"], "primary_keys": ["granule_id"], "primary_key_values": ["CREC-2026-05-07-pt1-PgE418"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.45731908176094294, "source": "Federal Register API & Regulations.gov API", "source_url": "https://www.federalregister.gov/developers/api/v1", "license": "Public Domain (U.S. Government data)", "license_url": "https://www.regulations.gov/faq"}
