Mr. Speaker, I rise today to congratulate my constituent\nand fellow Kentuckian, Stephen LePrell, upon his acceptance to the\nUnited States Air Force Academy. Nominating young people to our service\nacademies is one of my greatest honors as a Member of Congress.\n  As a future Air Force cadet, he will soon embark on a life-changing\njourney, joining the greatest fighting force on the face of the earth,\nthe United States military.\n  Stephen has shown himself to be an exemplary candidate, securing\noffers from not only the Air Force Academy but also the U.S. Military\nAcademy at West Point. Throughout the entire application process, he\nshowed himself to be a talented and well-rounded candidate. I do not\ndoubt that he will succeed in his future academic and military career.\n  As a graduate of West Point, I can confidently say that the years I\nspent in a service academy were among the most transformative of my\nlife. I am confident that Stephen's time at ``the Zoo'' will be\nsimilarly impactful for him.\n  Guided by the Air Force's motto of ``Aim High... Fly-Fight-Win,'' the\ncoming years will challenge Stephen to grow in character, strengthen\nhis leadership, and commit to a life of service to our Nation.\n  Again, I congratulate Stephen LePrell on this impressive\naccomplishment. Our Commonwealth and the entire Nation thank him for\nhis willingness to serve in uniform and wish him the best in this next\nchapter.\n\n                          ____________________"]], "columns": ["granule_id", "date", "congress", "session", "volume", "issue", "title", "chamber", "granule_class", "sub_granule_class", "page_start", "page_end", "speakers", "bills", "citation", "full_text"], "primary_keys": ["granule_id"], "primary_key_values": ["CREC-2026-05-07-pt1-PgE418-3"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.5447090370580554, "source": "Federal Register API & Regulations.gov API", "source_url": "https://www.federalregister.gov/developers/api/v1", "license": "Public Domain (U.S. Government data)", "license_url": "https://www.regulations.gov/faq"}
