MICHAEL CLOUD\n\n                                of texas\n\n                    in the house of representatives\n\n                         Thursday, May 7, 2026\n\n  Mr. CLOUD. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize and celebrate the\n125th anniversary of Ganado Independent School District, a proud pillar\nof education and community in South Texas.\n  Established on June 8, 1900, Ganado ISD has upheld a long-standing\ncommitment to excellence. For over 125 years, the district has shaped\ngenerations of students, guided by a passionate community that puts\nkids first.\n  Ganado ISD has achieved remarkable success both inside and outside\nthe classroom. The district has earned eight team state championship\ntitles in athletics, along with numerous individual state championships\nacross athletics and other extracurricular activities. Its award-\nwinning band, known as ``The Pride of the Tribe,'' has been recognized\nas a state marching medalist.
